Your CD and IRA funds at Vantage Credit Union are always safe since deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 by the full faith and credit of the NCUA, a U.S. government agency.

CDs:

  • Lock in your investment at a fixed rate for a fixed period of time (a variable rate CD is also available)
  • Interest compounded quarterly or paid to you monthly (your option per CD type)
  • Variety of minimum balance requirements ranging from $250 to $50,000, depending on CD type
  • Variety of terms, from 6 months to 5 years

  • Jumbo CDs offer premium rates ($50,000 minimum)


IRAs:

  • Interested compounded and credited per the account selected
  • $25 minimum balance requirement on IRA Cash accounts
  • Low minimum balance requirements of $500 to $2,000 (depending on CD type)
